REVERSE SURAL ARTERY FLAP

Joint adventure with plastic Surgeon Dr Abdul Maalik Mujahid Qaisrani. A 60 year old male with Diabetic  wound over the heal , debridement of all dead tissue
Then soft tissue coverage with reverse sural artery flap to cover the defect and donor area is covered with split thickness skin graft. Bone was okay,  not involved.
