Obstructive jaundice
Obstructive jaundice in 45 year old lady …operative surprise. On exploration, there was very large stone about 7 cm extending from right hepatic duct, left hepatic duct, common hepatic duct and whole of common bile duct. Diameter of CBD was comparable to Duodenum. Stone retrieved completely by pushing saline and confirming with choledoscope.T Tube placed and there is uneventful recovery.
